The air floating fixed packaging machine is a new generation of packaging machine designed and produced by our company. After continuous improvement by our company's vast technical personnel, a bag dropping and aligning mechanism is added: the bags full of bags dropped from the discharge nozzle fall on the conveyor belt according to the specified position and direction, which is convenient for automation and is popular with users.

2、 Workflow:

Bag hanging - touch the switch - pneumatic butterfly valve is closed, discharge rubber pipe is opened, bag pressing cylinder is pressed, fluidized bed is inflated - filling starts - weight is reached - discharge rubber pipe is closed, fluidized bed is deactivated, pneumatic butterfly valve is opened for feeding, bag pressing cylinder is opened - bag unloading - automatic alignment and transportation - bag hanging

2. Bag weight qualification rate: 100%.
